How your details are handled

Who we are

Eldra Group Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 17017678. Registered office 124-128 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX. For anything about your data, write to .

What we collect, and why

The only personal data this site collects is what you type into the contact form: your name, work email, company, a description of what is getting stuck, what you would like help with, and a budget if you choose to give one. We use it to reply to you and to prepare for a first call. That is the whole purpose. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you chose to send.

Who processes it

The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel keeps short lived server logs, such as your IP address and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.

The form is delivered by FormSubmit, a third party form service, which forwards your submission to Eldra by email and runs a spam check on the way. FormSubmit handles that step under its own privacy policy. After that, your enquiry sits in Eldra’s email. We do not sell it, share it or add it to a marketing list.

How long we keep it

For as long as it takes to deal with your enquiry and, if you become a client, for the life of the engagement and the period afterwards that company and tax law require. If you ask us to delete it before then, we will, unless a legal obligation prevents it.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views in aggregate: it does not use cookies, does not store personal data, and does not identify or follow you across sites. There are no advertising trackers. The fonts are served from this site, not from a font network.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to how we use it, and ask for a copy. Write to . If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Please leave out

Sensitive information about your own customers, patients or staff. The form is for describing a problem, not for sending data. If a project needs that, it happens under a contract, not through a website form.
